Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leepo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Leepo is a job application tracking platform that helps users manage their job search process. Our services include:

  • Job application tracking and management
  • Resume storage and management
  • AI-powered resume optimization and generation
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score analysis
  • Job description parsing

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Leepo, including resumes and job application data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Scrape or collect data from our Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay in India, Dodo Payments elsewhere)
  • Pro is a subscription that renews at the end of each period (a week, a month or three months) until you cancel it in Settings → Plan & usage. In India you approve it with UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid for
  • Changing between weekly, monthly and three months takes effect when the period already paid for ends; nothing is charged twice
  • Every account may use a 7-day free trial of Pro once. A payment method is set up when the trial starts, nothing is charged during it, we email a reminder two days before the first charge, and the subscription begins when the trial ends unless it is cancelled first
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice
  • Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy

7. Fair Usage Policy

AI features use credits. Pro includes 80 credits each month and Free includes 3; your balance and what each action costs are shown in Settings → Plan & usage. To prevent abuse and keep the service good for everyone, we may temporarily limit access when use is automated or abusive.

7a. Your Leepo Address

Pro members can get an email address at inbox.leepo.ai to give job sites. Email sent to it is kept in your Leepo account and, unless you turn it off, a copy is sent to the email on your account. If your Pro ends, email sent to the address is still received and copied to you; only the automatic updates to your applications stop. The address is yours alone and is never given to anyone else. You are responsible for the accounts you create with it on other sites.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Leepo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • Using our Service will result in job offers or interviews

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leepo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time from the Contact page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
