Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account can try Pro free for 7 days, once. You set up a payment method, nothing is charged for 7 days, and we email you two days before the first charge. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How does paying work?
Outside India, Pro is a subscription through Dodo Payments (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and more) that renews every week, month or three months until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Plan & usage. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. You can also change between weekly, monthly and three months there; the new plan starts when the paid time ends.
What is my Leepo address?
Pro gives you an address at inbox.leepo.ai, made from your name, for job sites. The Chrome extension puts it in the email box of job forms; your résumé keeps your own email. Leepo reads what companies send, moves your applications forward (you can undo any change), fills in sign-up codes, and sends a copy of every email to your own inbox.
What happens to my Leepo address if I stop Pro?
It keeps working: emails still arrive and are still copied to your own email, so no job-site account is lost. Only the automatic status updates stop until you are on Pro again.
What does "fair use" mean for AI credits?
Pro includes 80 AI credits a month, and a tailored résumé is one credit, so that is up to 80 tailored résumés a month. Free includes 3. Settings → Plan & usage shows your balance and what each action costs.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment. See the refund policy for the details.
What happens to my data if I move to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your applications, résumés, Master Profile and Career Vault all stay; only Pro features pause.
